Auburn Valley

Auburn Valley is a golf course community located in the Sierra Foothills just off Highway 49 between Auburn and Grass Valley. This community is technically in the unincorporated area of North Auburn surrounded by oak studded hills.

The development was originally started in the mid 1970’s with an 18 hole golf course and surrounding homesites. The Auburn Valley community now consists of approximately 140 custom built homes on half acre or larger parcels.

I love this area because it feels as if the community is cradled in rolling hills with the golf course at the center. The quiet setting creates a sense of relaxation and tranquility.
